Objectives of the survey
The survey is designed to provide a clear picture of the current level of digitalization and transformation within the company across various dimensions. It aims to make the level of ambition, the acceptance and use of digital tools, and the engagement of leaders and employees measurable. On this basis, companies can sharpen their digital strategy, set project priorities, and establish outcome metrics.

The analysis shows where digital transformation is already well embedded and where gaps are becoming visible. The outcome metrics reveal whether digital transformation is already measurably driving growth, profitability, innovation, and enhanced customer experiences, or whether there is still a significant need for action.
