Can I try HeyKaro before I buy a subscription?+
No, but with HeyKaro Essential you can start with a project of your choice for a limited period of time when you register for the first time. During this period, you can experience how HeyKaro supports you in your day to day work and business questions without any long term commitment.
Which payment options are available at HeyKaro?+
You can either pay quarterly or annually. Payments are required to be made immediately and in full, depending on your selected payment option and without any deductions. If you have any questions regarding subscriptions or invoices, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at subscription@qucoxx.com.
Can I quit my quarterly / annual subscription early?+
You can cancel your unlimited subscription at any time at the end of the quarterly payment period. You can also cancel your annual subscription at any time at the end of the contract term according to the terms and conditions, but we do not offer refunds.
