Michał Szachniewicz

I bring a strong foundation in applied mathematics together with deep expertise in large language models and agentic AI systems – combining rigorous math with cutting-edge AI. I've worked with transformers since before the ChatGPT era, led simulation pipelines and sensor-fusion models for self-driving vehicles, and picked up a few academic awards for my research along the way.

Outside of work you'll find me bouldering in the modern, dynamic style, out hiking, or tinkering with 3D printing and electronics projects.
